Nar Phu Valley Trek is popular and new opened trekking destination for adventure lover trekkers in Annapurna region. This wonderful trekking offer to you about Tibetans culture and religion, wonderful snow peak Mountain View, beautiful pine forest, wild life and different landscape. Nar Phu Valley trekking route is with a unique mixture high passes, glaciers, old remote villages, wind cut cliff narrow trail, old monasteries, Mani walls, yak pasture, and ethic group and culture. Nar Phu Valley Trek is a restricted trekking area. For this area you need to special trekking permit through government registered trekking company and you need minimum two people are require but we (High Pass Adventure) can arrange for person on this trek.
Nar Phu Valley Trek starts from Syange after 8 hours’ drive from Kathmandu and ends same place or Jomsom over cross the popular high pass Thorongla pass through following popular Annapurna Circuit Trek until Koto and will follow to Meta, Kyang, Phu, Nar, Kangla pass and Manang. After Manang you will decided with your trekking guide about future destination to back Syange or again follow Annapurna circuit trek to over cross Thorong La pass to Jomsom. 

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu and we will picked up by our ( high pass adventure) staff and transferred to a hotel for check in. You will then be explained about the program further. There are no planned activities for the day. Enjoy your stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to Synge/Jagat (1100m) Duration: 8 hrs
Day 04: Trek to Dharapani (1960m) walk 6 hrs
Day 05: Trek to Koto (2610m) walk 6 hrs
Day 06: Trek to Meta (3560m) walk 7 hrs
Day 07: Trek to Phu Gaon (4250m) walk 7 hrs
Day 08: Exploring day around Phu Village 
Day 09: Trek to Nar (4110m) walk 07 hrs
Day 10: Trek to Ngwal (3660m) via the Kangla Pass (5322m) walk 8 hrs
Day 12: Trek to Manang (3540m) walk 3 hrs and exploring around Manang village.
Day 13: Trek to Yak Kharka (4,110m) walk 3 - 4 hours
Day 14: Trek to Thorong Phedi (4,600m) walk 3 - 4 hrs
Day 15: Trek to Muktinath (3800m) crossing over Thorong La Pass (5416m) walk 7/8 hrs
Day 16: Trek to Jomsom (2600m) walk 5 hrs
Day 17: Fly back to Pokhara
Day 18: Drive back to Kathmandu
Day 19: Final departure to your destination
