Peak Climbing In Nepal

With 8 peaks above eight thousand meter, Nepal is well-known for mountaineering and peak climbing expedition throughout the world. Among 1,310 indentified peaks over 6,000m, one quarter has been legally opened for mountaineering and climbing activities which is also known as “Trekking Peaks”. High Pass Trekking Adventure operates peak climbing expedition to some of exotic peaks in Nepal, which takes just few days to climb. We offer incredible climbing experience that is technically safe and guided under direct supervision of veteran Sherpa Climbers. Climbing these peaks is introductory trekking before going beyond or scaling eightthousanders.

Thirty three peaks scaling from 5,587m (Mardi Himal) to 6,665m (Mardi Peak) are permitted for climbing by Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA). Peaks below 6,500m are initiatory step for climbers who are willing for summiting course afterward. Previous mountaineering experience is required for climbing these peaks however you should be physically and mentally determined for this adventurous expedition.   Beside adventurous trek, peak climbing in Nepal offers panoramic Himalayan landscapes, age-old alpine monasteries, cultural insight of Sherpa tribe and great walk through varied terrain of protected areas. Crampon walk over snowy path, treading in glacial trail, camping over the lap of lofty peaks and riveting rope skills are the major highlights of peak climbing in Nepal.

Island Peak Climbing

Island peak is the most popular climbing peak in Nepal. It is located of Everest region as well as heart of Khumbu valley and it is known as Imja Tse (6,189m). If you willing climb 6,000m height peak, island peak is the best choices and gives you to the chance to watch the big mountain, glaciers, those never seen before during the trekking. 

Mera Peak Climbing

Mera peak (6475m) is one of the highest trekking peak in Nepal. It is situated in Solukhumbu District of Nepal (Everest region), north from Lukla. Mera peak climbing trail starts from Lukla and get hunku valley after cross the Chatarla (4689m). This is the popular trekking and climbing destination due to regarding as the not tough technical climbing.

Naya Kanga Peak Climbing

Naya Khang peak (5850m) is easy peak climb nearby north from Kathmandu in the Langtang region of Nepal. It is the best climbing destination for all beginner climbers to the snow peak and magnificent panoramic view of mountains in Nepal and Tibet.  The view of the peak is above from the Kyanjin Gompa that lies in our trail to Langtang valley trekking.
