Terms And Conditions

Booking Terms & Conditions

High Pass Trekking Pvt. Ltd provides all travel, trekking and tour packages listed in the website. Please read carefully the “Terms and Conditions” before proceeding to online booking form.

Trip Booking

We recommend you to book the tour package in advance, prior to Nepal arrival. We keep pre-booked package on high priority and it gives us enough time for arrangement of the trips.

Payment-Process

Travelers need to pay at least 30% of total contracted price in advance for all packages to secure the trip. Due amount can be paid after your arrival to Kathmandu or before your departure for the trips.

Payment Mode

The Payment mode for the trip is highly flexible. You can either pay through master card, visa card, American express, discover network or by cash for the trip cost.

Passport, Visa and Travel Insurance

We strongly suggest our client to have valid passport and at least two copies of passport size photo. We also suggest you to go for full health insurance before traveling Nepal.

Risk and Compensation

Travelers should understand certain risk and danger might occur during the course of trip. It is because of harsh mountain terrain and environmental force.

Booking Cancelation Policy

Cancelation by High Pass Trekking

If incase, High Pass Trekking company cancels the trip, we will notify you at earliest and refund your 100% deposit you have made. But we don’t have compensation policy.

Cancelation by Clients

  • Only 75% of trip deposit is refundable if cancelation is made 30 days prior the trip
  • Only 50% of trip deposit is refundable if cancelation is made 25 days prior the trip
  • Only 40% of trip deposit is refundable if cancelation is made 15 days prior the trip
  • Trip deposit is non-refundable cancelation is made 7 days prior the trip

Changes in Booking

We will be more than happy to change the booking you have made with High Pass Trekking and it will not cost any extra charge. But in case of changes in flight schedule and the hotel, clients are liable to pay extra cancellation charge as per their policy.

Emergency Evacuation

It is important to understand that High Pass Trekking is not liable for any case of emergency evacuation and rescue. It means the cost for emergency evacuation and rescue must be paid by clients themselves but the rescue arrangements are conducted by High Pass Trekking. Helicopter service costs around US $1,825 to US $2,500 per hour. If you are insured prior travelling, we help you arrange all the necessary documents as a support for compensation in client’s Insurance Company.

Emergency Cancelation of Trip

In case of, harsh weather condition, flight cancellation, landslide, political instability and other unfavorable condition, High Pass Trekking has all right to cancel the trip. However, we can arrange best alternative trip that covers your payment. Note- if tour is cancelled in midway due to natural disaster or unfavorable condition then the amount is not refundable which are once paid.
